Sales manager
Responsibilities:
1. Excavate and develop customer resources
for the company's new products to increase sales;
2. Research and identify potential
customers, develop new customer resources, and maintain customer relationships;
3. Provide customers with product technical
information, descriptions, quotations, samples and other materials;
4. Create and maintain customer
information, quotation and quotation tracking tools, make customer forecasts,
and solve customer problems;
5. Analyze competitors and evaluate trends;
6. Customize a suitable delivery plan and
communicate the expected delivery time;
7. Teamwork, participate in marketing,
assist in the formulation and promotion of sales plans, and carry out product
service technology development.
Requirements:
1. Have a certain amount of sales
experience in the semiconductor industry (experience in the design house);
2. Have learning ability and enthusiasm,
focus on improving customer experience, and optimize internal systems and
execution methods;
3. Abundant customer resources and
relationships in the electronics industry, with priority in the Internet of
Things, wearable devices, mobile medical and mobile markets;
4. Flexible, spontaneous and proactive,
have the ability to perform multiple tasks, and be able to undertake multiple
tasks and execute them effectively;
5. Good customer communication, negotiation
and closing skills;
6. Have certain oral and written
communication skills in English;
7. Be able to adapt and adjust working methods
with the growth of the company;
8. Can accept business trips.
