With the increased usage of IoT hardware
devices to control many functions, the communication module has a critically important
mission. Its application requirements and usage scenarios impose strict
requirements for its own power consumption. At present, the NB-IoT module and
4G CAT1 module have several uA or even mA power consumption in their sleep status.
GLF’s ultra-low power load switches can be used in the communication module to
cut off the power consumption of the power modules such as the PA, with only nA
levels of leakage current by itself.
